It's been quite some time since I've updated and a lot has happened since. As you can see from the picture above, I am planning on attending the University of Northern Colorado in the fall. I'm still searching (as we speak) for scholarships, grants, and loans to get me through school. Someone had the notation to tell me about trying as a child of a cancer survivor. Anyone who has gone through something similar can understand how much such a traumatic experience effects a person.
A few Sundays back, I was sitting in Relief Society. The sisters closed the windows and told us not to worry, the sound we were hearing was just a tornado siren. About a minute later the Bishop came in and told us that there was a funnel cloud in the neighborhood surrounding us and to quietly and reverently move to the cultural hall. Needless to say everyone had an interesting Sunday afternoon. I "borrowed" these pictures from Andrew, I think they give a pretty good idea of what happened.
