College Life....

Life's been kinda crazy lately. But I've still had time to hang out with my roommates, play Frisbee, and celebrate Whitney's Birthday some time ago. With only seven weeks left who knows what else is in store!

I've known Barry since I was born--better yet, he's known me since I was born! He has videos and pictures of me, Sarah, and Rachel in diapers! I miss living so close to him! He may look big and scary but he really is a big, cuddly teddy bear!

You Gave So Much

Elder Scott says, "A man can do nothing for himself unless God direct him in the right way". It's very true. I love my family, I really do, but they were not in the right place and mind to help me in the way that I needed help. I was lucky enough to meet a family that could help me. I put my pride away and finally admitted that I really needed some help from a professional. It took time and patience, but I truly have moved on with life. I have "[closed] an ugly chapter and open volumes of happiness".

It was just a part of my past. It made me the stronger woman I am today. I owe my family for loving me through such a rocky journey and I owe so much to my close friends that helped me find the better part of life. I came to love and care for them as much, if not more, than they love me. But most importantly, I owe my life to a Heavenly Father that loves me and proves to me everyday that I am worth it.

Happy Mother's Day!

I seriously have the best Mom in the world! She's gone through so much and she's still going strong! After joining the church at 18, she served a mission in Spain, married my dad, had 4 kids, has packed and unpacked a house far too many times; survived colon cancer; works crazy hours at her job; and does whatever is asked of her and more! She is the best! I'm so happy to have her as my mom and the example she is! About an hour ago she was calling different phones making sure we can all be a part of Austin's Mother's Day phone call tonight. She's absolutely amazing!!! As you can see!

Needless to say, life's been pretty crazy thus far. Tonight we're having fhe, but we don't know where we're meeting, with whom, or even what we're doing! It'll be interesting...
