So first off, I'm super sunburned! It's no fun! :(
Anyways, I had a fun little message from an old friend, Fred, I knew in Virginia. Let me just say that it was an awesome distraction from the usual!
The picture below, I know y'all have seen it before, I turned it into a photography contest. I have to wait until Aug 10th to know the results. But I can live with that.
I felt pretty special when Laura told me that she has bookmarked my blog to see all the pictures I put up! :)
I'll be leaving for Idaho on Friday, so I probably won't be posting on here between then and when I get back on Wednesday-ish! But that means more pictures to play with and post when I do get back!
School is just around the corner...ah! I'm taking a spanish, biology, and philosophy class. Needless to say, I'll be super busy. But I have already decided that I'm going to try to post at least once a week!
Well now I need to take run to Target and work on my room (still a good work in progress) and work on my English class!

So I have another "project" Laura & Kevin got a dog. His name is Lynyrd. Laura gave me pictures that they took of him and such, so I'm gonna play with them. And here's the first one that I did!

Just A Little Bored

So yeah, I got a little bit bored. So I played with different effects of the original picture below. So you can compare this one with the others. It's an old picture I took back in high school so the quality isn't so good. The one above I took with my phone, so that quality isn't that great either. But hey, I was bored! And I song at the end just because it just kinda fits with the above picture.

Dakota

This is Dakota.
He's a dog.
He'll be 9-years-old on 26 October 2009.
We like to call him "Puppy", "Kota", "Grandpa", and "Geezer".
He likes walks and road trips.
He's the best at holding still long enough for me to take a picture.
And he really wants my bagel right now.

My family went to Colorado Cares Day today. I wasn't planning on going but when your dad is in charge for your family ward, you don't actually have a choice. But it wasn't too bad. We got there, made a gravel path, and left about an hour, maybe an hour and a half, later. We were home by ten. I just can't believe it's about elevenish right now. I'm so tired!!!
Well I wanted to feel somewhat productive today before I took a LONG nap! So I finishing some pictures I took of Laura & Kelsey the other night. My friends are so amazing that they let me take pictures of them! One of these days I should treat them cause they're so amazing!! So I'll put those up as soon as I get them done! Then it'll be nap time!
